The Appeal - John Grisham sure does write fast. It's amazing, considering the time frame, how this great writer can churn out so many good books that make sense. And he makes it seem so easy.

I wish I could be John Grisham. I wish I could produce good writing as fast as he does.

I just finished Grisham's Playing for Pizza only weeks ago. I just started The King of Torts. I wish I had waited. I don't plan to read The Appeal until I finish with Mr. J. Clay Carter II. Clay is Grisham's protagonist in the pharmaceutical tort drama. So far, The King of Torts is shaping up to be a solid read.

The Appeal hit bookstores yesterday.
