Hogs Squander SEC Tourney

The Razorbacks practically gave the final to Georgia. There's no reason why John Pelphrey's guys couldn't win that game. They were expected to, and they didn't. Too bad for Arkansans.

Perhaps Georgia's adversity helped them. The 'Dogs had to win two games in the same day just to make the final, and the team handled it nicely.

Anyway, the Hogs looked tired and flat in a game where, normally, adrenaline and emotion should play a factor in performance. The Hogs showed no adrenaline, and they didn't seem to play with the high level of passion needed to win a game like that. I don't get it.

This loss was such a downer that I skipped the selection show afterward.

Hopefully, the Hogs will live up to potential and get past Indiana in the first round. Hog fans should hope that will, steely determination and tenacious persistence aren't needed against the Hoosiers because this Razorback team doesn't have it every game. It's disappointing really.
